Founded in 1695, Christ Church is the birthplace of the American Episcopal Church. During the American Revolution it hosted members of the Continental Congress, including George Washington and Benjamin Franklin. In 1802, the church ordained the nation's first African American Episcopal priest: freed man and abolitionist, Absalom Jones. Our ceremony will be a traditional Episcopalian service. All are welcome!

Founded in 1893 under the Reading Railroad Company, Reading Terminal Market has long served as a central market for Philadelphia and its surrounding areas. Once famed for its vast refrigeration capacity, the market now offers an array of vendors and boasts a diverse culinary scene. Our reception begins at 7pm with cocktails and hors d'oeuvres. Dinner and dancing to follow. Food and drinks will be a vast selection catered by Reading Terminal Market vendors, but please let us know if you prefer vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free options.
