Wedding Celebration Welcome Event

8:00 pm - 10:30 pm

Makers Alley, an outdoor beer garden, features 24 beer taps which highlight a list of local and Delaware brewed beers, in addition to a 1964 converted airstream kitchen that slings up craft bar bites. Enjoy the outdoor vibes of of the beer garden or indulge in their historic meets contemporary interior space. While we would love to pay for our guests' food and drinks, we are unable to do so. This is an opportunity for our early arrival guests who may or may not be coming from out of town to see us, enjoy a bite to eat, grab a drink, and settle into their hotel or rental for the evening.

Passed Hor D'Oeuvres include Mini Grilled Cheese with a tomato bisque shooter (V), Baby Reuben's with corned beef, sauerkraut, swish cheese on cocktail rye bread, Onion Soup Bites with gruyere in a puff pasty (V), Mini Lobster Rolls on a buttered sweet roll, Cows in a Comforter with all beef cocktail franks, puff pastry, and honey mustard, and Hoisin Braised Short Rib Tacos with picked jalapeño on a steam bao bun. OPEN Bar, cash tips for bartenders appreciated. Two signature cocktails: The Velvet Francine (Apple Cider Mimosa) and The Baxter Lee (Whiskey Sour with Blackberry Puree). Dinner includes Assorted LeBus Dinner Rolls, Butter Roses, and a Mixed Greens Salad (Carrots, grape tomatoes, English cucumbers, and balsamic vinaigrette). Dessert features a Wedding Cake (flavors to be decided) and a Warm Dessert Bar featuring a Peach Cobbler and Chocolate Chip Bread Pudding accompanied by Vanilla Ice Cream. Coffee Bar available as well. Philly Pretzels are available after dinner.

This is an opportunity for our guests who may or may not be coming from out of town to see us, enjoy a bite to eat, grab a drink, and travel home from the celebration.
