Haley and Courtney were roommates their Freshman year at Guilford College in 2014. They instantly bonded over many similarities - softball players, pitchers, both Exercise Science majors, and aspired to be PTs upon graduation - and became best friends. Haley is currently in PT school at Campbell University.

After both joining the D-backs organization in 2018, Levi and Logan instantly connected as friends. Levi is a RHP in the D-backs' farm system.
Rachel Byrd

Rachel and Courtney met playing Little League softball. Rachel was the catcher and Courtney was the pitcher; so it was an instant bond. Rachel was Courtney's catcher during travel ball, middle school and high school. Rachel is completing her MBA Program at Gardner-Webb University and works in Accounting at Wilkes Communications.
Cory Lackey

Being the younger brother of Courtney, Cory and Logan met in 2016 and have since bonded over their love for baseball, golf, and teaming up against Courtney.
Hannah Ortiz

Hannah and Courtney's friendship first started on the days spent practicing and playing softball at Memorial Park. They continued as teammates throughout middle school and high school. Hannah played 3rd base, and Courtney always knew when a ball was hit her way, it wasn't getting by her! Hannah currently works as an Occupational Therapist in North Wilkesboro.

After playing American Legion baseball together in high school, Joe & Logan became best friends once being reunited as teammates and roommates at Guilford College.
Ellie Whittington

Ellie and Courtney have known each other since middle school. They spent many of hours together during their high school years taking college courses. They were even once mistaken as sisters during their college Chemistry course because 'they were always together'. Ellie is one of the few people that share the same love for baseball as Courtney. Ellie currently works for the Durham Bulls with their Social Team.
Daniel Montero

Sharing a passion for weightlifting, Daniel and Logan met in 2016 and quickly became training buddies. You will often find the two together at Daniel's gym 'First in Flight Athletics' in Wendell, NC.
Rebecca Wiles
Bridesmaid
Rebecca and Courtney are 2nd cousins. As kids, they always looked forward to the holidays because it meant sleepovers at the cabin. Courtney ate many dinners on Thursday nights at Rebecca's house while at Guilford College. Rebecca is currently a High School Guidance Counselor at Weddington High School, and is getting married in June.

Drew is Courtney's 2nd cousin. She is in the 2nd grade. She loves to dance, and can't wait to show everyone her moves on the dance floor at the wedding!
