Because many of our guests will travel quite a distance to attend, we selected a venue with 12 cabins with bunk beds.
"But bunk beds? with people I may have just met?!", "Yes!"
Each air-conditioned and powered cabin has 4 bunks (8 beds), blood family will be together and the remaining guests will be organized by how late/early they retire/rise in the morning. We have chosen the people to invite and most importantly, we want to spend as much time with you as possible. Yes! we will be staying onsite as well!
The venue is reserved for from Thursday the 12th through Sunday the 15th. Any guests who want to come into town early are welcome
and may settle in and stay all 4 nights.
We must get a count of how many guests will be staying.
