Yes! We'd love to mail you a copy of the video when it's ready so that you can still be apart of our special day.
Everything! We’ve read you can easily get all 4 seasons in one day. We expect it to be mostly cold though (in the 40s) and to get rain. We’re open minded about our wedding day being outdoors. If it rains on us, it rains on us, just gotta make the best of the adventure!
We’re so sorry, it’s not you, it’s us! We just didn’t want to have to worry about everyone else on our special day. The more people that come, the more there is to figure out and the more people to try to accommodate. We just wanted to do whatever we wanted and not have to worry about anyone else! We love you all so much and hope this hasn’t made you too sad.
We thought a lot about this! We wanted somewhere cold! Living in Texas, we get HEAT 6 months out of the year and only get cold weather about 3 months out of the year. So, we wanted to be cold, but also not have to deal with snow the whole time. So this brought us to Northern Europe. We considered Norway, a place we both want to visit very badly. But with Nathan’s family in Denmark, Norway seems like a very easy place to visit at any time. We considered Iceland, but when it came down to it, there’s something about Scotland that feels a little more understated. We wanted something relaxed and easy. Iceland felt a bit….grand in a way? Lacey speaking here, but it just didn’t feel as much “us” as Scotland did. Scotland just spoke to us I guess!
