We'll be staying in a beautiful house surrounded by the Scottish Cuillin Hills in a town called, Sligachan, in the Isle of Skye. We'll each have our siblings with us as our two witnesses. The morning of our elopement will be a cozy, lazy morning where we'll enjoy breakfast and mimosas (although no chance Nathan actually has one). Lyndsey, Lacey's sister, will be doing her hair and make-up for the day. The photographer and videographer will arrive to capture some of the getting ready process and join us for the scenic drive up to Quiraing. We'll have a short, but sweet ceremony and exchange vows with the incredible plateaus and rocky peaks as our backdrop. After some photos, we'll head over to Old Man of Storr, another scenic icon in Scotland, where we'll do a 30-45 minute hike to the viewpoint. Weather permitting, we will lay out our Scottish tartan blanket, pull out our special wedding scotch and have our first toast as a married couple. At this point, we would love to be able to read all of the kind words in the letters you've mailed us and soak in our incredible surroundings.
