Maid of Honor
Lainey and Lacey have had people mixing up their names since they became best friends in their PreK 3 class. Lainey is the sister Lacey never had. They went to different schools for most of their childhood and moved to different cities after graduating. Their gas tanks were thankful Lainey finally joined Lacey in the Dallas area a few years ago. It was only fitting for Lainey to accompany Lacey and Alex to all of the wedding venues and explain "their vision" because she's been Lacey's personal interior designer long before she earned her degree in it. Lainey serves as Parker's Fairy Godmother and Walter is working on getting her to be his as well.
Bridesmaid
Courtnee and Lacey met by teaching across the hall from each other. They both moved schools but continued to craft, travel, try every espresso martini, and plan get togethers for their dogs. They entertain each other during their summer breaks and served as each others plus ones to many events and vacations. Somehow they tricked their old boss into hiring them both for the new elementary school that was opening 3 years ago. They enjoy causing and coordinating the chaos of working at a Title 1 school together.

Olivia is Alex's sister. Lacey enjoys being around Olivia because they can relate/commiserate about being the younger sisters. Alex and Lacey can't wait for Olivia and her family to move back to DFW this year, so they can spend more time together with their niece and new nephew!

Kim and Lacey met on the Pep Squad bus on the way to cheer and dance at their first high school football game. They became fast friends and permanent bus buddies for the remainder of their high school dancing days. After college they both lived in Dallas. They would meet up for Bachelor Mondays, shopping adventures, and laying by the pool with a drink in their hand. They survived the covid shut down by having illegal get togethers that involved a blow up pool and game nights. Kim is Lacey's personal pharmacist and often talks Lacey off the ledge from the horrors of googling your symptoms. Kim moved back to San Antonio to start her family, but was still one of Lacey's first friends that Alex met!
Bridesmaid
Kate is Lacey's cousin. They're six months apart, both have volume control issues, and can talk a million words per minute. They grew up finding ways to entertain themselves and their brothers while spending weekends at their Grandad's ranch. Kate and Lacey found a use for their loud voices and both became teachers. They send each other their New York Times game results daily and yap on the phone for hours each week solving the world's and education's problems.
Best Man
Zac and Alex were friends as children growing up in Illinois. Coincidentally both of their families moved to DFW, and they became best friends again. Zac and Alex have spent countless hours gaming (and sometimes drinking) together ever since. They still hang out and play the Ryu/Ken matchup in Super Street Fighter II Turbo to this day.

Jeff and Alex met in 4th grade. They quickly became friends at the lunch table and participated in many activities growing up together such as Boy Scouts. They spent many nights chilling at Jeff's parents house playing pool/ping pong, listening to music, and playing Elder Scrolls.

Klint and Alex work at S&C Electric together and quickly became good friends. They both went to A&M and commiserate together about the plight of Aggies in the workplace. Despite Alex working from home, Klint motivates him to go into the office so they can hit the gym.

Dillan and Alex work at S&C Electric together and quickly became good friends. Dillan went to Texas Tech and commiserates together with Lacey about the plight of Red Raiders in the workplace. Dillan and Alex have gone on many work trips together including Hurricane Ian relief. Anytime Alex needs something 3D printed or a pirated audio book, Dillan is his guy.

Hunter is Lacey's brother. He is always competing with her for the title of "Cheese Princess". Hunter and Alex both went to Texas A&M and are always giving each other maroon gifts and singing the fight song with his 4 year old daughter Reagan.

Jackie is Alex's niece. She will be 2 days shy of turning 3 years old during her debut as a flower girl!
