FAQs

Question

What’s the dress code?

Answer

Dress to impress, but don’t stress—this isn’t overly fancy. Think: polished and fun. We’ll be dancing the night away, so don’t be surprised if you kick off your shoes or swap them for something comfier later in the night. Our wedding color is green (all shades!), so feel free to wear green if you’d like—or rock whatever colors you love. Just kindly avoid wearing white, cream, or any white-adjacent colors.

Question

When should we arrive?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 5:00 PM. We suggest arriving by 4:45 so you have time to park and settle in.

Question

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes, there is on-site parking. That said, we strongly recommend carpooling, Uber/Lyft, or a designated driver since the drinks will be flowing.

Question

Will there be food?

Answer

Absolutely! We’ll have small bites during cocktail hour, followed by a buffet-style dinner. Vegetarian and vegan options will be included.

Question

What kinds of drinks will be served?

Answer

Signature cocktails, beer, wine, and plenty of non-alcoholic options.

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We love your little ones! That said, we’re keeping things intimate. Please check your invitation to see if your children are included. For those bringing kids, we’ll have on-site professional childcare from 7–11 PM with crafts, movies, dancing, and cozy sleeping mats so everyone can enjoy the night.

Question

Where should we stay?

Answer

We have lots of suggestions on our "Where to Stay" page! The closest hotel is Georgetown Inn, and you’ll also find great Airbnbs in Georgetown, West Seattle, White Center, SeaTac, and Burien. We recommend staying in the south Seattle area to avoid traffic headaches.

Question

Any suggestions for pre-ceremony hangs?

Answer

Yes! The building across the street from the venue is a hidden gem—it has multiple wineries, champagne tasting, the San Juan Seltzery, Nine Pies (some of the best pizza in Seattle), and Lace’s favorite dessert spot, Hot Cakes, with molten lava cakes that are to die for.

Question

What's "Emo Hour"?

Answer

Only the most important hour of the night! From 10–11 PM, we’ll be closing out the party with all your favorite emo, pop punk, and teenage angst classics. Come ready to scream-sing and dance your heart out.
