The Hilton Homewood Suites room block will close after April 30th, and the Marriott Residence Inn room block closes May 13th.
There will be shuttles provided to/from the Hilton and Marriott Hotels on Thomas Watson Rd in Poughkeepsie to the Grandview. There will be two shuttles running from the Hilton Homewood Suites leaving for the venue; the first bus will arrive at the Hilton at 3:15pm and the second bus will arrive 3:50pm. If you're staying at the Marriot Residence Inn, just walk across the parking lot to the Hilton entrance for pickup. If you're staying at the Marriott, it is directly next door to the Hilton; please walk over to the Hilton to pick up the shuttle. Shuttles will return to the Hilton after the reception around 10:00pm for the After-Party. No transportation is needed between the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. All events will be on the Grandview property.
Yes! Please make sure you give. yourself plenty of time to be settled in and ready to go ahead of 4:30pm.
When you RSVP, you will see if you may bring a "plus one". Due to space constraints, we can only accommodate named guests on the invitation/RSVP. We appreciate your understanding.

Yes! The After Party is at the Hilton but regardless of where you're staying for the night, everyone is welcome to the After Party. Everyone is also welcome to the Sunday Brunch at The Governess, please make sure you RSVP for the brunch.
