REQUIRED COVID PROTOCOLS. PLEASE READ :)

Answer

Your safety is our utmost concern, and we are looking out for immunocompromised members in our families, so we will be requiring proof of a rapid negative covid test prior to the event. Please allow time to sign in via QR code or on the physical sign-in sheet. The negative covid test should be taken morning of, and they are available at drug stores such as Walgreens, Rite-Aid, Bartell Drugs, etc. If this poses a financial hardship, please reach out to Sabrina or Larry. *If covid is still prevalent, we will be requiring everyone to wear a mask during the ceremony when people are sitting closer to each other (vaccinated or not). There will be hand sanitizer stations throughout the venue. If you are not feeling well 72 hrs prior or sooner, please do not attend for the safety of others and let Sabrina or Larry know as soon as possible.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We have a fairly strict guest list to make sure we have enough chairs and tables, in addition to the current pandemic environment around us. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on the invitation. If there are any concerns, please contact Sabrina or Larry!

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Unfortunately, as much as we’d love to invite all of our friends’ children, we are only having family members' children. We hope that you will understand this decision and we very much hope you will still be able to join us on our special day.

So what should I wear?

Answer

It's a June wedding in the 'Burg (so truly anything can happen)! Wear fun summer dresses, sundresses, colorful prints, hats to keep you cool (not too large though, so people can see in the ceremony)! Leave the stilettos at home; sandals and wedges are your friend. I recommend light layers, as the Ellensburg wind could make an appearance. No white dresses please :) Check the forecast! // Our wedding colors are dusty blue and terracotta.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, we will be providing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages throughout the evening. It will most likely be hot, so stay hydrated! If you will be consuming alcoholic beverages, make sure someone in your friend group is the designated driver. Ubers and taxis are very limited in the 'Burg.

What if my address changes?

If you address changes at any time between the Save the Dates and a few months before the wedding, PLEASE let us know so we can update your information.

Where should guests park?

Answer

Parking is free and will be in a gravel lot, but we recommend you carpool with friends. This is especially important if you are coming from the west side.

Can I post and take pictures on social media?

Answer

Of course! Our wedding hashtag is #Labas2022. Our ceremony will be 100% unplugged with NO cameras other than the photographers; however, feel free to post photos during the cocktail hour and reception. It's a gorgeous 220 acre venue, so there's a beautiful backdrop ready for ya.
