Answer

RSVP is online only! RSVPs are due by April 18th. The invitation will have a QR code on the back that you can scan that directs you to our wedding website. If you cannot attend, we will miss you and would appreciate it if you let us know as soon as possible.

We can only accommodate invited guests. If you receive a plus one, they will appear on the RSVP. Thank you for your understanding!

Answer

Semi-formal attire is encouraged. We would love to see our friends and family get dressed up with us! Please note that the ceremony is outside on the grass. I would recommend bringing sunglasses! The cocktail hour will also be outside and the reception will be held inside.

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 5:30 pm. We recommend arriving between 5:00 and 5:15 pm to allow time for parking, mingling, picking up a program, and finding a seat. Late arrivals will not be able to join the wedding until the cocktail hour.

Answer

Please refrain from using cell phones during the ceremony, as we will have a photographer and videographer to capture all our special moments. You are welcome to take photos and videos after the ceremony.

Answer

We have reserved a block of hotel rooms for our guests at the Springfield Suites. Please click on the "Travel" tab at the top of the website to find the link for booking. There are only a limited number of rooms available, so please book early if you need one!

Will there be transportation between the Springfield Suites and venue?Will there be transportation between the Springfield Suites and venue?

Answer

Yes, we are providing transportation to and from the venue. We have a shuttle to pick guests up at the hotel and bring them to the venue. There will also be transportation from the venue back to the hotel. Please see the "Travel" tab at the top of the page for more details. We are only providing transportation to and from the Springfield Suites; no other hotel will have this service.
