Instructions for making reservations: 1- Go to www.bahia-principe.com and select Bahia Principe Akumal under Riviera Maya as the Destination. Enter the dates that you wish to go and the number of adults and children. Click on Book Now. 2- Register or login by clicking "ACCESS" at the top. 3- Choose the category of the room (Junior Superior, Junior Deluxe, Junior Superior Ocean Front). When you book, you have to choose the 100% Flexible Rate Only so that you can apply the group discount in the box on the next page. Skip the "extras". Click on Continue and Book. 4- Next, find for the option that asks for a discount voucher: there you must place the code . When validating the code 80648, the system will adjust the total, giving you the discount of the agreed rate for your group. You will have 2 options for payment: pay 100% of the reservation or make a deposit of 20%. Please complete the data with the credit or debit card and submit the transaction. 5- The system will immediately generate a confirmation number and will send you an email with a copy of it. All reservations are prepaid and have to be made and paid directly to the USA Groups department 30 days before the arrival at the Hotel.
