When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than May 1, 2022. However, the sooner the better! After this date, there will not be a guarantee that we can accommodate changes.

Do you have any Covid regulations?

Answer

The health and safety of all of our family and friends is very important to us. We are requiring that all guests who attend be fully vaccinated (including booster if eligible) and we will be following Hawaii's Covid regulations in June. If you have any personal concerns, please reach out to us.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at 3:30. We have 2 boats going over to Secret Island for the ceremony. If you get here after the 2nd boat leaves, you will not be able to attend the ceremony.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please wear semi-formal attire. For shoes, please keep in mind that you may be taking them off at the beach and you will be walking around in the grass in the gardens. Stiletto/ Italian/ Pin and similar style heels are not recommended.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids (babies included) at home or with a sitter, so you can celebrate with us.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please let us know of any food allergies. We will need to know this when you send in your RSVP.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to Kualoa Ranch (ceremony and reception)?

Answer

We will be providing a shuttle bus from a hotel in Waikiki. The shuttle will pick up and do one trip to the venue, and will then return guests to that same hotel location at the end of the evening. If you would like to be added to the shuttle list, please reach out to us and let us know how many are in your party by May 1st. Spots will be available on a first come, first serve basis.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking at Moli'i Gardens. If you drive to the venue, as you pull into the driveway, the top location will be used by the photobooth and caterers. If you continue driving to the right, it will take you to a lower parking lot closer to the dock. Please park your vehicles down there.

We have a limited amount of space at our venue, so please reach out to us directly with any questions regarding a +1.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

The temperature in June tends to be between 73*F - 84*F with tropical humidity. Short rain showers and wind are common. Mosquitoes can be out, so you may want to put on or bring bug repellent.

What is the location?

Answer

Both the ceremony and the reception are taking place at 2 Kualoa Ranch venue locations. The Secret Island beach is accessed by boat from a dock next to Moli'i Gardens where the reception will be taking place. The entire event will be taking place outdoors.

Can we use electronic devices?

Answer

Ceremony: We will be having a phone-free ceremony. Please refrain from using your phone for photos/videos during the ceremony. Our photographer will be taking great photos! Reception: Feel free to take photos! There are some beautiful locations on both the lower and upper gardens.
