Located an hour south of Eugene. If you would like to spend the night, there are plenty of Airbnb and Vrbo options and local hotels including:
Comfort Inn, Hampton Inn, The Lodge at Roseburg, and Seven Feathers Casino.
If looking for camping options:
John P Amacher Park might be the closest for trailer camping (no tent camping), Whistler's Bend might be the "closest" for tent camping.
Next closest (no tent?) camping: Rising River, Wildlife Safari, Bar Run and Seven Feathers RV Resort also offers cabins and yurts.
Venturing for a further campground; Canton Creek Campground, Susan Creek Campground, and Toketee Lake Campgrounds are both beautiful and are in the woods (Toketee offers a waterfall and the Umpqua Hot Springs close by)
