Flight
Italy has several airports, but to make your arrival as smooth as possible, we recommend flying into Florence International Airport, which is the closest major airport to our wedding location. If you're flying from the United States, we suggest planning your departure for Sunday, June 6, 2027, which would get you into Florence by the next day (Monday, June 7, 2027), depending on your connection and time zone.
Shuttle

To make things easier for everyone, we’ll be providing shuttle transportation from Florence International Airport to the wedding venue on June 7, 2027. If you plan to use the shuttle (the easiest way to get to the venue), please plan to arrive at Florence Airport on June 7, 2027, by no later than 3 pm to catch one of the scheduled pick-up times and arrive at the venue in time for our first event! Venue check-in starts at 3pm so guests will not be able to enter the venue until then. If you arrive in Florence early morning, you can hang out in the airport until the first shuttle arrives or explore some of the city if time allows! *Once you're booked, please let us know your flight details so we can coordinate shuttle groups accordingly. Shuttle time details will be updated here once booked* We want your arrival and transfer to be as stress-free as possible — leave the logistics to us, and get ready to relax and celebrate!
House Or Rental
We’ve got you covered! All accommodations will be provided at the wedding venue, so there’s no need to book a hotel. Each guest will have a room on-site, and we’ll pre-arrange room assignments for couples, families, and individuals to ensure everyone is comfortably settled. Staying together at the venue means more time to relax, celebrate, and enjoy the full experience! If you have any special requests or needs, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to help.
Shuttle

We will also be providing shuttle transportation back to Florence International Airport on the final day of our wedding celebrations. Check out from the Venue is at 10:00 am, so all guests must be packed and ready to board the last shuttle by this time. *Again, please inform us of your departure flight time once it is booked so we can make proper shuttle time arrangements* We want your entire trip to be as smooth and stress-free as possible, from arrival to departure!
