Formal attire, please. Our reception venue has a strict dress code that we kindly ask all guests to follow. For men, this typically means a suit and tie. For women, options include evening gowns, cocktail dresses, or other dressy separates. Please no casual attire such as jeans, t-shirts, polos, short sleeves on men, shorts, or sneakers/boots/informal footwear. Feel free to wear any colours you feel good in, there are no restrictions! If you’re unsure or have questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly.
We ask guest to arrive 20-30 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time for parking, finding your seat, and settling in before the ceremony starts.
There is free parking available at the chapel and limited free parking available at The London Club. If the parking lot at The London Club is full, there is a paid lot directly next to the building. If you are staying at The DoubleTree by Hilton and wish to park at the hotel, it's a short walk to and from our reception venue.
We are hosting an intimate celebration and request that only named guests attend.
Our wedding will be an adults only celebration. We kindly ask that children not attend the ceremony or reception, so everyone can relax and enjoy the evening.
We invite you to be fully present with us during the ceremony, so please refrain from taking photos unless otherwise directed. We have hired a professional photographer to capture the day, and we'll be sure to share those photos with you. Our officiant will announce when it's appropriate to take personal photos during the ceremony. Take as many pictures as you'd like at the reception, and don't forget to share them with the hashtag #kylosaysido!
The reception will be a 15 minute drive from the chapel and we request that you use the same transportation you used to get to the ceremony. If this proves to be an issue for you, please let us know and we can assist with arranging a carpool.
The most important thing to us is celebrating with you. Should you wish to give a gift, we do have registry information here on our website. Alternatively, there will be a card box at our reception.
Yes. We have a block of hotel rooms reserved at The DoubleTree by Hilton, located downtown London. It is a short 3 minute drive or 9 minute walk from our reception location. More information can be found under the "Accommodations" tab.
