Things To Do

Your Weekend Guide to Boulder!

Chautauqua Park

Ideal spot for Flatirons views with several trail options! Easy: Chautauqua Trail - scenic walking trail with incredible views Moderate: Bluebell-Baird Trail - more elevation but very doable for most people Harder: Royal Arch Trail - steeper climb with rewarding views at the top Parking fills up quickly on weekends, so we recommend arriving early!

Mountain Sun Pub & Brewery

1535 Pearl Street, Boulder, CO 80302

A Boulder classic with a laid-back atmosphere, great burgers and pub food, plus rotating house beers. One of the most beloved local spots in town! A heads up: they’re famously cash-only, so come prepared! They have an ATM onsite, too.

Cozobi Fonda Fina

909 Walnut Street, Boulder, CO 80302

If you’re arriving early or extending your stay, this is one of our absolute favorite dinner spots. Very important: Make reservations well in advance. They book up quickly, especially on weekends, but we promise it’s worth it.

Alpine Modern Coffee

A cozy local coffee spot with two Boulder locations! We especially recommend the College Ave location, but both are great for coffee, breakfast, or a slow morning before exploring town.

Flagstaff Mountain

Perfect if you want mountain views without committing to a full-day hike. You can drive up to scenic overlooks or explore nearby trails, especially beautiful around sunset. Easy to moderate, 2.1 miles, 1,500 ft elevation gain, dogs allowed on trail

Upslope Brewing Company

Two Boulder locations - the original Lee Hill taproom in North Boulder and the larger Flatiron Park taproom just outside downtown. Known for a fun post-hike atmosphere!

The Corner Bar

2115 13th Street, Boulder, CO 80302

Located inside the historic Hotel Boulderado, this is a great downtown option for cocktails, burgers, brunch, or a casual late-night bite.
