Please RSVP by September 8, 2026.
We recommend flying into Denver International Airport (DEN), which is about 45 minutes from Boulder.
Rental cars, Uber/Lyft, airport shuttles, and the RTD AB1 bus are all great options. More details on our Travel page.
Not necessarily! If you’re staying in downtown Boulder (The Limelight included), many hotels, restaurants, bars, and activities are walkable or easily accessible by Uber/Lyft.
Our wedding dress code is semi-formal/cocktail attire, with a preference for "fall colors", but wear whatever you're most comfortable in as long as it isn't white or denim! Since we've planned portions of the celebration to be outdoors, we recommend comfortable shoes and bringing a jacket or layers for cooler evening temperatures.
Colorado weather can change quickly! October in Boulder is typically crisp and sunny during the day with cooler evenings. We recommend bringing layers and a jacket, especially for nighttime events.
Boulder sits at about 5,400 feet above sea level. Drink plenty of water, pace yourself with alcohol (or don't, your prerogative!), and give yourself time to adjust if you’re arriving from lower elevations.
Children are welcome if they are included on your invitation. While we fully support making it a fun adults-only getaway weekend if you’d prefer, we’re happy to celebrate with your little ones too!
Due to venue capacity, we’re only able to accommodate guests formally listed on your invitation.
We will not be providing transportation for wedding events. Guests staying at Limelight Boulder can take advantage of the hotel’s complimentary transportation within a 1-mile radius, including to our venue! The venue is also just a 15-minute walk or quick Uber/Lyft ride from the hotel. Please note that transportation will also not be provided to or from Friday night’s welcome party. The welcome event is not walkable from Limelight, so we recommend planning on using Uber/Lyft, a rental car, or another form of transportation for that evening.
