We are planning to have vans to pick you up and drop you off on the day of the wedding from this location.

This is in Yosemite Valley, the most expensive option but you can see the highlights of Yosemite Valley including Half Dome and Yosemite Falls from the hotel. There are not many amenities for the price. It is 30 minutes to Flying Spur, Foresta where the ceremony will be. There may be a shuttle depending on how many people stay in the Valley.

Yosemite View Lodge

This is 30-minutes from Flying Spur, Foresta where the ceremony will be. It is also 30 minutes to Yosemite Valley. This is your basic hotel, nothing too fancy but a good location. There could be a shuttle to the ceremony depending on how many people stay here.

Fresno International Airport (FAT)

Fresno is the closest airport but will be a little more expensive to fly into. It is a small airport to easy in and out. There are car rentals here. It is about 2 1/2 hours from Fresno to Yosemite.

San Francisco International Airport (SFO)

This is the largest and most common airport to fly in/out of. It is about 4-5 hours from San Francisco to Yosemite. It is hectic getting in and out of this airport. You can often get stuck in traffic.

Oakland International Airport

I haven't used this one before but would be a little easier to get in/out of because you'd avoid the city of San Francisco. It's about 4 hours to Yosemite.

Look at Vacation Rentals in Foresta or Yosemite West!

Use airbnb.com or VRBO.com to see the vacation rentals near us. Within Foresta where ceremony will be there are several vacation rentals to check out. Yosemite West has many more rental homes than Foresta, this is about 30-40-minutes from Foresta. You pass through Yosemite Valley to get to Yosemite West from Foresta. This would be a convenient location to stay to see the park. **Feel free to reach to us to confirm the location of vacation rental before booking to ensure proximity to the event.

Yosemite Bug Rustic Mountain Resort

This is a more affordable option, located an hour from Yosemite Valley and an hour from Flying Spur (wedding site). This is a popular place and a good hangout. Has a nice spa and sauna too!

Getting into Yosemite National Park

There will probably be a reservation system in place to enter Yosemite. There is also a $35 fee to enter the park. We will make arrangements that you will not need a reservation to enter the park, and you will not need to pay the fee. If you'd like to support your parks, you can get an Annual Pass for $80 that is good for a year to go to all the parks. Since you are visiting friends who live within the park, you can enter Yosemite without paying nor do you need a reservation. Perks of living inside a National Park!
