Fredericksburg is a city on the Rappahannock River in Virginia, south of Washington, D.C.
It is known for its colonial and Civil War history, as well as the home of George Washington’s mother, Mary Washington.
There are parks, museums, great little restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques. There is a new park that has just been built on the river, which is lovely. We hope you will have the chance to explore the many options available and then celebrate with us!
