Welcome Event

8:30 pm - 10:30 pm

The attire for this event will be polished casual. The weather might be quite warm to start and then cool off, and we will be outside, so layers are recommended.

Please do not drive, parking is extremely limited. Transportation will depart at 8pm from all host hotels (Hyatt Place, Courtyard Marriott, and Silver Collection). There will be light bites and drinks- we look forward to seeing you!
