When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Early RSVPs are greatly appreciated due to venue capacity restrictions! Kindly RSVP by the date noted on the "business card" that comes with your invitation.

Can I bring a guest?
Answer
If your invitation includes a plus one, it will be noted on your RSVP. Due to venue capacity, we’re unable to accommodate additional guests beyond those listed.

Will the wedding be outside?
Answer
The ceremony will be outside - we are hoping for beautiful fall weather, but in the event of rain the wedding can be moved indoors. The reception will be both indoor and outdoor, with dinner held outside and the dance party being indoors!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Guests are encouraged to begin arriving at 3:00 PM to allow time for parking and seating. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 PM.

Where do I park?
Answer
There is free parking on-site, and our venue will be providing a parking attendant to help parking go smoothly. If needed, your car can be left overnight, and just needs to be picked up Monday morning by 9am.

What is the ceremony and reception dress-code?
Answer
We ask our guests to dress "Garden Party Semi-Formal". For women, think flowy dresses, floral prints, and light, breathable fabrics, with heels optional. For men, think classic with a relaxed twist, so soft colors, light layers, and an outdoor-friendly feel, with ties optional. Overall, feel free to embrace soft tones and wildflower-inspired outfits - comfort and joy is encouraged!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We have hired a photographer to take pictures of our special day, and ask that guests remain in the moment during the ceremony! Please feel free to take pictures during the reception.

Will Charlie be in attendance?
Answer
Charlie will be sitting this one out and heading to doggy daycare instead. He’ll be celebrating in spirit and playing with his buddies! However, he is still deciding on whether or not he will make an appearance at the welcome party...so stay tuned!

Does uber come out to this venue?
Answer
While Uber and Lyft operate in the area, rides to and from Lyons can be limited, especially later in the evening. Renting a car or arranging transportation in advance is recommended.

Can I leave my car at the venue overnight?
Answer
Yes! If you choose to leave your car overnight, please make sure it’s picked up by 9:00 AM the next day. Any vehicles left after that time may be towed at the owner’s expense. We want everyone to get home safely.

Is there a way to carpool with other guests I haven't met?
Answer
We definitely recommend looking at sharing a rental car to help lower costs. Therefore, if you are interested in sharing a rental car, but don't have connections to other guests, please reach out to Kylie and Hayden and we will help connect those who are staying near each other and in similar boats together.
