Great question! I would suggest doing around 10 days (including travel time) or hopefully longer if possible! Our wedding is on a Wednesday so traveling before or after the wedding for a few days is a possibility. See suggested itinerary below: Day 1 (November 20th): Arrival into Johannesberg, SA in the evening and stay overnight at airport hotel. Day 2 (November 21st): Transfer to a game reserve in Welgevonden or in other locations approximately 2-4 hours away from the airport in the morning. Enjoy an afternoon game drive and dinner at the luxury lodge. Day 3 (November 22nd): Spend the day with an early morning game drive, leisurely brunch and relaxation at the lodge accommodations provided, then finish the day off with an evening game drive and dinner. Day 4 (November 23rd): Check out in the morning and make your way back to Johannesburg to fly into George Airport where you can rent a car or schedule a shuttle to your accommodation in Plettenberg Bay. Day 5 and 6(November 24th and 25th): See our RSVP page and Schedule page for Welcome Activities if you would like to join us on adventures around the Plettenberg Bay area or you can go and explore on your own if you would like! Day 7 (November 26th): WEDDING DAY! We hope you will be ready to party and have a great time! Day 8-9 (November 27th-28th): Travel back to George Airport and get on a 1 hr flight to Capetown where you can enjoy wine farms (ex. Stellenbosch, Constantia), scenic hikes (ex. Table Mountain), Cape Point, Boulders Beach, the V&A waterfront and more!
