When and where is the wedding?

Our ceremony and reception will both take place at Crooked Willow in Osakis, Minnesota.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. We recommend arriving 15–30 minutes early to allow time for parking, finding your seat, and settling in before the ceremony begins.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal attire is requested. Guests are encouraged to wear elegant dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or slacks with jackets or blazers. Please plan attire accordingly for an outdoor fall ceremony.

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We are planning for an outdoor ceremony, weather permitting. If weather conditions require a change, the ceremony will be moved indoors. Dinner and the reception will take place indoors regardless of weather.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If your formal invitation includes “and guest,” you are welcome to bring one (not indicated on Save the Date). Due to space and planning considerations, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on each invitation. We are so excited to celebrate with you!

Are children invited?

Answer

While we love your children, we have chosen to include only the children who are part of our wedding party in our celebration. We hope this gives you the opportunity to relax, enjoy an evening together, and celebrate with us.

Are there hotel blocks, and will transportation be provided?

Answer

We are currently arranging hotel blocks and a shuttle service for family and friends who plan to stay overnight in the area. Additional details, including hotel options and shuttle schedules, will be shared closer to the wedding date.

Can guests take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, as we’ve hired an amazing professional photographer to capture the moment for us.
