A brand new boutique hotel opening in the summer 2026 built in a beloved historic building in the heart of Fayetteville. This is the closest venue to the wedding (0.6 mi). You can walk or take the shuttle to the wedding venue if you would like! Reserve quickly, there's only 40 rooms in the entire hotel!

Comfort Inn New River

It may not be the most luxurious hotel in town but if you're looking for an affordable and quaint hotel that is under 5 miles from the venue, this is a good choice!

Courtyard by Marriott Beckley

Located in the nearby town of Beckley, there are a handful of great hotels to choose from that are rated over 4 stars, clean, and affordable. Beckley is a large town about 25 minutes away from our wedding venue. There are plenty of hotels similar such as Tru by Hilton, Hampton Inn Beckley, Country Inn & Suites by Raddison Beckley.

If a hotel is not the choice for you, rent an Airbnb or VRBO! There are plenty within a close distance to the Gaines Estate that your whole family can stay in comfortably together!

Flight

Charleston Yeager Airport

The best (and closest) airport to fly into for our wedding is West Virginia International Yeagar Airport (CRW) in Charleston, WV. There are only a few airlines that fly into this airport including American Airlines, Delta, United, and Breeze. The drive from the airport to the Gaines Estate in Fayetteville is about an hour! If flying in, you may want to investigate reserving a rental car as well for convenience. There is a rental car desk at the airport. Ubers/Lyft may be harder to come by.
