Travel Note
One of the reasons we love Philadelphia is because it's such a walkable city. Sure, in late January it might be a bit cold, but there are plenty of options for getting around - Uber/Lyft, taxis, Septa (subway)...you name it, Philly's got it. Because the hotel is within a block of the venue, we will not be providing shuttles/transportation. That means, everyone should be able to enjoy themselves and stumble back to their hotel rooms!
Flight
Wedding festivities will all take place in downtown Philadelphia - a short 20-minute ride from the city’s airport. If you’ll be flying in for the event, we’d recommend using this airport.
Hotel
For your convenience, we have a block of rooms at the Courtyard Marriott. The hotel is roughly 100 feet from the venue and right next to City Hall! Don’t forget to mention the Birmingham/Stenger wedding when booking. Nightly rate: $140 King / $160 2 Double Beds. Reservations can be made online or by calling 1-800-321-2211. Parking: Hotel valet is $55 / night but you can also park at the Philadelphia Convention Center.
