When you book through the link, you must enter the days you are planning on staying for the "Wedding and Event" discount to show up or call the front desk directly and inform them you would like to reserve for our wedding. All rooms are on a first come, first served basis. -- The discount provides 15% off any room at its standard (non-discounted) room rate. When you go online, you will see different prices. This is because we have several different rooms types at different rates. -- The 15% discount is our best offer out there. It cannot be combined with any other discounts (including rewards member rates). -- The only limit to the number of rooms that can be booked with the discount is availability. The discount is valid until our last room is booked. -- Because it is a substantial discount, reservations are subject to the following criteria: - prepaid by the individual guests - reservations must be made 30 days before arrival - reservations require full prepayment at the time of booking. Any reservations not fully prepaid will be canceled. For Saturday weddings, a two night minimum stay is required. Depending on the weekend and availability, we may be able to offer a limited number of one night stays, though these may not be discounted and will need to be made with the hotel directly. P.S. Tip: While looking at rentals we recommend finding a landmark on the map and using that to determine how far that rental is from the venue. Some rentals can appear closer to the venue than they actually are. P.S. This is their peak leaf season so rentals can go quickly.
