If I fly to Powell River can I rent a car?
Answer
Yes! We have a Budget Car rental in town, Budget only operates within a short window of the flight times. There are a limited number of rental cars avalible. Ask for Colleen!

How do I get to the wedding from my Hotel?
Answer
We have rented a bus that will pick up at town center mall, beach gardens to drive geusts to the ceremony. They will provide pick up services after the ceremony and drop off services at the end of the night. You are also welcome to drive to the ceremony. Please be advised there is limited parking

Are there taxis in Powell River
Answer
Think medium town with tiny town amenities. We have one taxi service in Powell with two cars, and they shut down at 10pm. We leave it up to the discresion of our guests, and encourage everyone to take the bus provided, or ride share with a DD if possible.

Is there parking at the ceremony & reception?
Answer
Yes! There is plenty of space at the ceremony, There will be limited parking space at the reception. You are welcome to drive to the ceremony, take the bus to the reception and leave your car in the locked parking lot overnight.

Is there a dress code?

We are so excited to celebrate with all of you surrounded by the forests and coastline of beautiful Powell River. Our wedding will be an outdoor waterfront celebration with a west coast atmosphere, and we invite guests to dress in coastal cocktail attire. Think elevated and elegant while still feeling comfortable in the setting. Evenings on the coast can become cool, so we recommend bringing a light jacket or shawl Most importantly, we want everyone to feel comfortable, confident, and ready to celebrate with us!

Answer
Due to venue capacity and the intimate nature of our wedding, we are only able to accommodate the guests formally listed on your invitation and RSVP. We appreciate your understanding and cannot wait to celebrate with our closest family and friends.
