What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

We want you to be comfortable and have a great time! Wear whatever is easy to dance in, mingle, or ride a bull in! Jeans, boots, sandals, nice pants, suits or dresses are all welcome.

What days are the hotel blocks at the Hilton?

Answer

The hotel room blocks are from Wednesday, June 2nd through Sunday, June 6th. Please call the hotel and use our code "Hoelzel Munk Wedding" for booking.

Do I have to book all the days blocked at the hotel to stay there?

Answer

No! You can book any days to stay within June 2nd through June 6th that is most convenient for you and your party.

Does the Hilton Garden have a free shuttle to and from your wedding?

Answer

Yes! Please touch base with the Hilton about specifics on shuttle run times, seating capacities, etc. Uber or Lyft are also affordable in the area if you are not staying at the hotel.

What kind of food will be served at your wedding?

Answer

Dutch oven style BBQ courtesy of Dutch Oven Catering. Cobbler and cake are on the dessert menu.

The RSVP online isn't working, can I just text you that my plus ones and I are attending?

Answer

Please text or call the Maid of Honor, Haylee at 559-232-2645, and she will ensure we have you and the other guest(s) accounted for.

I want to send a personal gift to you both, where can I send it?

Answer

Our address is 4289 W Balance Rock Dr Meridian, Idaho, 83642. A gift area will also be available to leave gifts or cards at the wedding. We are so appreciative and thankful for all the gifts from our family and friends.

When and where are you guys going on your honeymoon?

Answer

We chose to do a week long Salmon rafting trip in September with close friends whom we love dearly! It is a once in a lifetime kind of trip for us. We are so excited and appreciate all the well wishes from all our family and friends.

The Hilton Garden Inn is booked, what other hotels are in the area?

Answer

There are other hotels within the area: Homewood Suites by Hilton Eagle, SpringHill Suites by Marriott Boise/West Eagle, Quality Inn & Suites, Best Western Plus, and many more around the airport that are reasonably priced! But please make sure to mention our discount code to the Hilton to ensure all room blocks are booked. The Hilton may say they are booked that weekend, but with our code can open up our room blocks!

Can I bring my kids to the wedding?

Answer

Of course! There is a ton of space for kiddos to run and play. List your party number on the RSVP card or online; we can reach out if we need clarification. We just ask that you keep an eye on your children at all times, and be mindful of the ponds on the venue property.

Is there really going to be a mechanical bull at your wedding?

Answer

Yes! Would it really be a Munk wedding without a bull? You will have to sign a waiver prior to riding, hang on tight!

Will there be alcohol at the wedding?

Answer

Yes. We want to extend celebrating with our guests with alcohol on us for the night (until it's gone). Please tip our awesome bartenders for their hard work!

Are masks required at the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Masks are not required on the venue property and will not be provided by the venue. However, we want you to feel safe while celebrating with us! So, do whatever you're comfortable with - mask or no mask! We encourage you to wear a mask if that's what makes you feel most comfortable being in large crowds. If you choose not to wear a mask, great! If you want to wear a mask, great! This is a no-judgement zone. We love all our family and friends who are making the trip to come celebrate with us, and want everyone to feel comfortable celebrating!
