FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 10th, 2019.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We will be taking couples and family portraits before the official wedding festivities begin for the day. We ask that you arrive no earlier than 30 minutes before the start of the Indian ceremony.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal wear only (Nice Dresses / Suits). For ladies, if you choose to wear an Indian outfit saree or lengha is a safe choice. For men, kurta or suit is recommended. It is very hot in Alabama in June. We recommend lighter fabrics since both our ceremonies are outdoors. ** Please limit dress changes. There are limited number of public restrooms. Unless you are in the wedding or immediate family member of the bride or groom, please plan on wearing the outfit for the entire wedding and reception.**

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please RSVP for plus one and children on your invitation.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Plently of parking at the venue.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that guests make their own arrangements for transportation to and from hotels to the venue.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We will have a few kids attending who are part of our families, but we are hoping you can treat this as a date. However, we understand that it is a Monday wedding and you may need to bring your little ones with you. Please indicate on your RSVP if you plan on brining your child so that we can make appropriate accommodations.
