Like all of the classic romances you know, Sean and I's began in a land of pizza and beer, otherwise known as Old Chicago! I had just started my first position as a manager at the Old Chicago on Wadsworth Blvd. in Lakewood, CO. My first night on the floor I noticed two guys who were there to watch a game, but kept eyeing me down any time I walked in the room instead. I remember asking one of my co workers "Who are those guys, do we know them, they are creeping me out!?" She said "Oh thats Sean and Trent, I'm sure you will meet them soon, they are friendly!" Turns out they were not only regulars but worked there or did work there, but basically lived there all of the time. A few months of small talk passed before I was invited to a night out playing Music Bingo with friends. Some classic 2000's hits had Sean and I singing and dancing all night long. A few days later, we had our first date out for tacos and beer. After that night we were pretty smitten! Not too long after Covid hit and it was a make it or break it situation; and we made it! Longing for the days we would be able to go to a Rockies game together as we found we were both major fans. Two years passed and we were busy: celebrating a new house, graduation, a new job, and a restrictionless summer. We decided lets get some friends and go to Mexico. I thought we were there to relax and have fun after a busy few months but Sean had other plans in mind. On July 8, 2021 in Playa del Carmen Sean asked me to marry him. Which leads us here today asking you to join us in the celebration of our love this summer in Colorado!
