Question

What precautions will there be?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors and we are having extra chairs set up at the site to allow for distancing. At the ceremony site feel free to leave a chair or two between your party and others! For dinner, we are also seating groups together that we think will feel most comfortable with each other. Each table seats 8, but we are seating most tables with 5-6 guests so that there will be additional room in there as well. The venue will be thoroughly cleaned before guests arrive and there will be masks and hand sanitizer available for guests. Please feel free to wear a mask if you would like. The buses will also be cleaned before use and there should be plenty of room on the buses for guests to sit every-other seat. All food will be pre-plated or served by servers, so there will not be any self-serve areas. If at any point you feel you need some additional space, the property is large enough for guests to spread out and you can go off and explore the venue site as well!

How can I get to the venue?

Answer

We will be providing transportation via buses! We will have 2 buses ready to take you to the venue leaving at 2:15 pm. There will be three different return times as well; at 9:30 pm, 10:30 pm, and 11:30.

What should I wear to the wedding/reception?

Answer

Though the wedding will be semi-formal, for the reception time there are many options at the venue. There is a hiking trail, some vard games, and other activities that you may want to be more casual for. Please feel free to bring a change of shoes or clothes if you’d like. There is a guest house with restrooms for changing that can be used anytime!
