When should i RSVP by?

Answer

We'd love for you to RSVP as soon as possible after receiving your invitation, so that we can plan accordingly. However, we at least need you to RSVP by July 24th at the latest. You can RSVP by simply sending us your card insert from your invitation or by using the RSVP tab on the website!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We highly suggest at least 30 minutes before the ceremony time.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to COVID, we ask that only the names on the invitation or guest count number listed on invite be present at the wedding.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

Should I bring a mask?

Answer

On June 8th, Anne Arundel County Executive Steuart Pittman has ended the county State of Emergency. Herrington on the Bay will continue to follow CDC and Maryland Health Department guidelines. Mask are no longer required. However, please do what feels comfortable for you.

Should I bring ID?

Answer

Yes! The venue cards individuals under the age of 35 for the bar.

Navy Blue, Cranberry or Wine, Gray

Are children invited?

Answer

The grooms love children, however, for our special day, we want the adults to enjoy the party. We hope you understand our decision and are still able to join us for our special day!

Open or Cash Bar?

Answer

We want all of you to enjoy the day with us with an open bar during cocktail hour and reception.

My invite doesn't say +1, can i still bring a date?

Answer

We appreciate wanting to share our special date with someone but if your invite does not include "and Guest" please respect we want you to have the time of your life.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Please note that your love and support is all we ask for on our special day. However, if you do wish to celebrate with a gift, we have created a gift registry for your convenience (Please see Registry Tab). Monetary gifts accompanied with greeting cards are also fine as well. Thank you in advance

Can I Take And Post Pictures Of The Wedding On Social Media?

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photos with our wedding hashtag #KyleandMike4Ever so we can keep track of all of your pictures! We also have a very talented photographer to capture our special day, so please be mindful of keeping your phone/camera off during our ceremony, so that we can all be fully present together.

What Should I Do If I Can't Make It?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

Do You Have Any Hotel Recommendations?

Answer

We have listed the Courtyard by Marriot in Annapolis, MD as our main hotel recommendation. You can visit the Travel page of our website to easily find the link to the hotel. However, there are also plenty of other hotel options in Annapolis, MD or close to North Beach, MD..

Is there Transportation To And From The Hotels To The Ceremony?

Answer

While we are not able to provide transportation from the hotel to the venue, there are several rideshare options for you to use if you'd like. For example, Uber and Lyft. (Transportation returning to host hotel after reception is an option...space will be limited)
