Our ceremony will take place at a cabin in the woods, Wicks Retreat. It is located approximately 10 minutes from the town of Nipawin, across the river. Signage will be provided.
The Bride will arrive at 2:30pm. The wedding party will use the time after the ceremony to take photos amongst the forest. During that time, guest are free to mingle and refreshments will be provided.
However, cocktails will start at the reception venue at 4:30pm. Reception will be held at the Evergreen Event Centre in the town of Nipawin. The wedding party will arrive at 5:30pm, and supper will start at 6pm. This will be followed by speeches and dancing!
We will keep the party going until 1:30am. We please ask that when you leave the reception, to dispose of drink containers appropriately, as this will help our clean up efforts immensely. The Evergreen Event Centre must be vacated by 2:30am, and all drink containers must be emptied and disposed of before leaving. Please help us avoid a cleaning charge! :)

We will join our families together with a traditional Celtic handfasting. Before the ink is dry, we'll be using the beauty of nature to take photos of the wedding party and family. Refreshments will be provided for guests to mingle until cocktail hour opens at the reception venue!

Cocktail Hour will begin at 4:30pm. The wedding party will arrive at 5:30pm, and supper will begin at 6pm. Supper will be followed by dessert, speeches, and dancing. And in case you burn up all your supper from dancing, midnight lunch will be served at 11pm. Please indicate if this is too late for you to stay, so we can account for how many guests to be prepared to feed!
