San Jose Airport
For those of you flying, the closest airport is San Jose (SJC). It's most convenient to rent a car and drive to Carmel Valley from the airport (about an 1.5 hour drive). Another option is to fly into Monterey Regional Airport, but there are less frequent flights. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions about getting to Carmel Valley!

This cute hotel is only a 5 minute drive from the venue! It's also walking distance to the town of Carmel Valley. They have a two night minimum and the cost is moderate ($$). Call to secure your reservation (831) 659-5361 and state that you are with the DoVale + Creighton Wedding Party. The room block ends on June 6.

If you want to stay on-site at our beautiful venue, this is for you! They have a two night minimum and the cost is on the higher end ($$$). Please contact the reservations department at 831-658-3400 or by email at reservations@bernarduslodge.com before Sunday, July 6, 2025 and say that you're with the DoVale + Creighton Wedding Party.

Accomodations
While the venue is in Carmel Valley and comes with its own charming town and views, Carmel-by-the-Sea is also a beautiful place to stay. It's about a 15 minute drive to Carmel Valley, but it's a great option if you'd like to stay closer to the sea. Regardless of where you stay, we highly recommend checking out Carmel-by-the-Sea before or after the wedding. The town is charming and has great restaurants, not to mention the stunning views along 17 mile drive!
