Asheville Regional Airport
This is the only airport in Asheville. It is about a 25 minute drive to downtown Asheville. For those flying from Florida, check the smaller airports in your area; there are a lot of direct flights via Allegiant.
Hotel
Renaissance Asheville Downtown Hotel
We have a block of rooms booked here; this is where we will be staying as well. It is about a 5 minute walk to the heart of downtown, and a 20 minute walk to South Slope. Transportation will be provided from here to the venue and back. We will be covering standard parking fees for Friday- Sunday as well. To book a room, click on the "view" button below to be directed to the website. The blocked rooms are available Friday-Sunday, but if you would like a longer stay, please call 828-210-3006 and request to speak to Leelee Williams to book your reservation. Please note that a limited amount of rooms were blocked; if you are having any issues please let Julia or Kyle know.

Other Lodging Options
Asheville has plenty of other hotels and Airbnbs if you feel like that is a better option for you. We will be offering transportation to and from the venue for everyone no matter where you stay, but the pickup and drop off will only be at The Renaissance.
