We have a room block setup at Hard Rock Riviera Maya. This resort has 2 sides - one is called Heaven and is the adults only side and one is called Hacienda and is family friendly. The wedding ceremony will be on the Heaven side however we have rooms reserved on both sides so feel free to pick the one that you prefer. All reservations need to be booked using the link in order to be included in the wedding block. - when booking you do NOT need to pay for airport transfer unless you have more than 2 adults or will not meet the 3 night minimum Deposit: $200 USD, due at the time of booking. Final payment: 91 days prior to arrival charged on the credit card used at the time of booking. Note: You are able to edit the booking and modify the payment method at any time. $200/night Resort Credit which can be applied towards Rock Spa, Posh Beauty Salon, Bowling Alley, Laser Tag, Golf, and certain items at resort shops.

You'll want to fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN). Roundtrip shared transportation is included for two guests per reservation. This applies for new guest under reservations with a minimum stay of 3 nights. Any additional adults sharing the same room are responsible for the cost of their transfer service. Children under 3 years old are free of charge Excessive Luggage (More than 1 Check in Luggage and personal item per person) will require private services at an additional cost. Transfers are provided between Cancun International Airport (CUN) and Hard Rock Riviera Maya (both to and from). The service is not transferable to other guests or reservations. No refunds will be provided if the guest chooses alternative transportation. To confirm Transportation Service, please contact our transfer company at least 14 days before your arrival by emailing vacationplanners@hrhrivieramaya.com.
