Can I bring my children?

As much as we love your little ones, we are holding an adult-only reception. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy a night off to celebrate with us!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We ask that all guests wear formal attire. Summer colors and floral patterns are welcome! Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be taking place outside, so please plan your shoe choice accordingly!

Where will the ceremony be held?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both be held at Red Maple Vineyard. Weather permitting, we hope to hold both the ceremony and cocktail hour outdoors.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes. A shuttle will be provided to and from the DoubleTree by Hilton Poughkeepsie and Red Maple Vineyard. The shuttle will pick up guests at 4:30 from the hotel to take them to the venue. Keep in mind there is only one trip there. There will be shuttles returning back to the hotel at 11:00 PM (after reception) and 12:30 AM (after the after party).
