Who can stay at the Copper Rose Ranch lodging?

Answer

Anyone, even people who cannot/will not attend the wedding! There are 10 cabins and 1 house on the property. As of 7/26/25, only 1 cabin (Black Footed Ferret) is available. Must book through Copper Rose Ranch's general lodging website: https://copperroseranch.com/lodging/ If non-wedding guests book, rules are strict around sound. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm (especially while walking to/from the after party).

Question

Should I bring a gift in person?

Answer

We prefer not since everyone will be traveling. We strongly recommend using the online registry and mailing cards to our home (ask us on WhatsApp if you want our mailing address). Thank you for thinking of us!

Question

What's traffic like?

Answer

Driving from Bozeman to Livingston for the wedding? I-90 has heavy construction this summer—expect delays and lane closures. From the venue coordinator as of 7/25/25: "Generally there’s at least one section along Highway I-90 that’s reduced to a single lane while they work. The affected stretch is between Bozeman and Livingston. It varies day by day, but so far, it’s only added about 10 minutes to my drive at most." Downtown Livingston, where the Welcome Reception is, also has construction that will impact traffic. Check www.511mt.net before you go and allow extra travel time.

Question

What's the parking situation?

Answer

From what we heard, parking throughout Montana is free, including at the Copper Rose Ranch for guests staying overnight as well as guests attending particular events only.

Question

Does rideshare exist?

Answer

Uber is limited in Bozeman and we're not sure about Livingston.

Question

I have a dietary restriction. What can I expect food-wise?

Answer

For the Welcome Reception, see food menu by Moshi Food https://www.moshifoodmt.com/ For the Wedding Cocktail Hour & Dinner, all dietary restrictions submitted during RSVPs were incorporated in our menu. We intentionally included staples that Montana is known for locally, like in season fruits and vegetables and locally sourced meat & fish. Cocktail Hour Menu -Banh Mi-Style Sliders: Ginger beef, pickled carrot and daikon, herbs, pickle juice aioli (a nod to Jac's heritage) -Stone Fruit Bruschetta: Baguette, whipped avocado, basil Signature Cocktails -Kyle's Signature Drink: Spicy Margarita - sliced jalepeno, lime, lemon, orange juice, triple sec, agave -Jac's Signature Drink: Huckleberry Old Fashioned - bourbon, huckleberry syrup, bitters, orange peel (Montana is known for huckleberry!)
