When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP within 1 month of receiving your invitation. We need absolute numbers by May 15, 2025. If you do not RSVP at all within 1 month of your invitation, we will interpret that as Not Attending.

What's the best form of communication for the wedding?

Answer

WhatsApp: Download the WhatsApp Messenger mobile app and ask Jac or Kyle to invite you to our private WhatsApp Community. Please only join if you RSVP YES. Here is where we'll communicate reminders, announcements, and you can chat with other guests. Your Email: Invites sent via email. Zola Website: All event details will be centralized on this website.

What should I pack?

Answer

-Sunblock -Sunglasses -A hat -Parasol or fan -Bug spray -Dancing shoes (even if that means bringing a 2nd pair to the wedding) -Dress shirt or cocktail dress -Bathing suit (there are hot tubs at the cabins and a hot springs excursion the day after the wedding) -Flip flops -N95 masks if you're coughing or if there was/is a wildfire in the area -If sticking around for Adventure Day, work out clothes & comfortable shoes for long walks/hiking

Who can I bring to the wedding?

If you were offered a +1, just the one! No one under the age of 18. Seek Babysitting through Copper Rose Ranch Concierge Services if needed.

Who can stay at the Copper Rose Ranch lodging?

Answer

Anyone, even people who cannot/will not attend the wedding! There are 10 cabins and 1 house on the property. The house is reserved for Jac & Kyle. The cabins fit up to 50 guests, each cabin accommodating 4-12 guests, depending on its size. First come, first serve. Must use the wedding-specific link found under "Travel > Hotel" to enjoy our wedding rate no later than June 2, 2025. Help us secure the venue for just our party and book all the cabins on site! Option to stay 2 nights or 3 nights. Must check in Sunday, Aug 3 and check out either Tuesday, Aug 5 or Wednesday, Aug 6.

Should I bring a gift in person?

Answer

We prefer not since everyone will be traveling. We strongly recommend using the online registry and mailing cards to our home (ask us on WhatsApp if you want our mailing address). Thank you for thinking of us!

What's the parking situation?

Answer

From what we heard, parking throughout Montana is free, including at the Copper Rose Ranch for guests staying overnight as well as guests attending particular events only.

Does rideshare exist?

Answer

Uber is limited in Bozeman and we're not sure about Livingston.

Where can I find more information on Babysitting Services?

Answer

For babysitting, please contact Copper Rose Ranch Concierge Services directly with the number of children, ages, the date and time needed, and what cabin you're in. Sending your request after July 1, 2025 can be easier to confirm availability. https://copperroseranch.com/concierge-services/ Copper Rose Ranch Concierge Services is run by Key Montana Property Management. 406-312-0068 reservations@keymontana.com There is a sub-group called "Kids" in the WhatsApp Wedding Community. Feel free to coordinate with other parents attending the wedding to share a babysitter and find playmates.
