We’ll aim for inside or the beer garden. Beer, hard seltzers, and non-alcoholic beer available. Semi-Formal: Dress Shirt and Cocktail Attire. Note: Ceremony is on grass. Day will likely be hot.
Arrive as early as 2:30pm. Ceremony begins promptly at 3:00pm. Pick up your personally addressed letter at the bar before sitting down for the ceremony. * Your RSVP here applies to Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Wedding Reception. * Free parking onsite - may leave cars overnight at no charge. * If staying off site and using rideshare, we recommend scheduling pick-up/drop-off due to availability and distance. You have the option to drive to the wedding, leave your car and rideshare back to your accommodation, then pick up your vehicle the next day. * Ceremony is outdoors. Prepare for a sunny, hot day with sunglasses, hats, chapstick, and sunblock. Neck fans, handheld fans, and other cooling items encouraged. * No cell phones during ceremony. * No outside alcohol allowed. Do not bring any alcohol from your cabins. * We love your kids; however, this is an 18+ event :) Guests can sign-up and pay for Babysitting through Copper Rose Ranch Concierge Services.

There is only 1 cabin (Black Footed Ferret) on site that is NOT reserved by wedding guests, so please be respectful and know we have a hard event stop at 10pm. Keep the noise to our Hawthorne House, which is further away from non-wedding guests. * Help contribute and bring booze! * We love your kids; however, this is an 18+ event :) Guests will have option to sign-up and pay for Babysitting through Copper Rose Ranch Concierge Services.
