Schedule
The ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM. Please arrive by 3:30 to make sure everyone has time to get up to the ceremony site. A shuttle will be available to take people from The Hilton Fort Collins to Stove Prairie Ranch and will be leaving the hotel at 3 PM.
The ceremony site is approximately a third of a mile from where guests will be parking. For those who prefer not to walk to the ceremony site, a wagon will be available to take guests there and back to the reception.
Following the ceremony, cocktails and snacks will be served from 5 PM to 6 PM and dinner will be served at 6:30 PM.
We're having a taco bar and the caterers know to leave everything "deconstructed" (as they say in the fancy food world) so that everyone can build their own tacos based on their dietary restrictions/preferences.
Shuttles will be picking people up from the venue to take them back down to Fort Collins at 8:30 PM and 10:30 PM.
