We recommend flying into John Wayne Airport (SNA) for the most convenient arrival: Closest Airport – Just 15 minutes from the venue (Balboa Inn, Newport Beach) Easy Transportation – Quick access to Uber/Lyft, taxis, or rental cars (~$20–30 Uber to the hotel) Small & Simple – Much calmer than LAX, with faster baggage claim and shorter security lines Other options: Long Beach Airport (LGB) – ~35–45 minutes (~22 miles), Uber ~$40–50 Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) – ~60–75 minutes (~44 miles), Uber ~$60–80 LAX and LGB are reasonable choices if you’re planning to rent a car and explore Southern California—but for the smoothest arrival and easiest access to the celebration, SNA is your best bet!
