Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors

Answer

We are hoping to have the ceremony outdoors, but we have an indoor option if it rains. The reception will be in the ballroom but we may open the doors if it is nice weather. May in Maryland could range from 50s-70s, so please be prepared with layers if it gets chilly at night.

We love your kids, but we want you to enjoy a kid-free-parents-night-out! Please reach out if you want help finding childcare for the evening.

How should I get to and from the wedding?

Answer

We will provide shuttles to and from the wedding from Downtown Frederick and the hotel block at the Hampton Inn. Pick up at Visitation to Springfield will be at 4pm, in the side of the hotel. Pick up at the Hampton Inn to Springfield will be at 4:15pm in front of the hotel lobby. Return trips will leave Springfield Manor at 10pm and 11pm and will stop at all locations (Hampton, Visitation, Bushwallers after party). Guests are also welcome to drive as there is plenty of parking on site. Guests are also welcome to uber or lyft.
