Do I have to book at one of the listed hotels?

Answer

Not at all! There are many options; however, these have locked-in pricing and may suit your needs. Other good options are bnb's, historic hotels, or camping! There are more options in the Sacramento metro area, but it is a bit of a further drive.

Are my children invited?

Answer

Good question. We're still figuring this out, and it may depend on head-count and case-to-case. If you would like to bring your kids, please let us know as soon as possible. Otherwise, if you need some time away from them, then this might be a great opportunity ;^)

Can I bring my pet frog?

Answer

Maybe! We're a fan of any amphibious pals, but please let us know in advance so we can tell the caterer to prep some flies.

Should I be in the area all weekend?

Answer

Up to you! Our wedding is on Saturday, October 11th in the afternoon, and festivities will continue late into the night. However, Grass Valley and Nevada City (and the surrounding area) is stunning, so if you were to stay in the area on Friday night, then there's much to do in the area besides our wedding.

Should I arrive at the venue early?

See the schedule for details on when to start arriving, please do not arrive early. We will have plenty of hands on-site to help set up, and parking is limited.
