Wedding Weekend Details We have access to the camp starting at 5:00 PM on Thursday, May 1st for our early arrivals and out-of-town guests. Fair warning—Thursday arrivals might be put to work. 😉 Guests are welcome to arrive at their convenience throughout the weekend, and we’ll check out by 12:00 PM on Sunday, May 4. We will be hosting a welcome dinner on Friday May 2nd at 6:30 PM and the ceremony and reception will be at 5:00 PM on Saturday, May 3rd. Camp Accommodations We’d love for everyone to stay at camp! The entire 126-acre property is reserved for us, and on-site accommodations are free. The camp features shared cabins that are rustic yet cozy, each sleeping 6–12 adults in twin beds, with newly renovated bathhouses nearby. Please note that accommodations are communal, and guests will share cabins. After RSVPs, we’ll group families and friends for a comfortable stay. Prefer a hotel? Great options are 15 minutes away in Hendersonville—details are on our website.

There's no shortage of fun at camp! Canoeing, paddle boarding, biking trails, a pickleball court, disc golf, volleyball, soccer, a ropes course, and more! Choose your own adventure and be ready to have a blast!
6:30 pm - 8:30 pm
A welcome cookout to officially kick off the festivities! All guests who are in town are encouraged to attend, even if you're not staying at the camp! Dress Code: Cocktail-Lite (Dressy Casual)
8:30 pm - 11:00 pm
After dinner, come hang out at the bonfire for drinks, s'mores, games & company.

12:30 pm - 2:30 pm
We will have a selection of catered grab-and-go sandwiches and wraps available at the camp from 12:30pm to 2:30pm. You’re welcome to enjoy a meal on-site or head into nearby Hendersonville for lunch.

The main event! Cocktail attire suggested, and keep in mind that the ceremony will be on grass when picking out shoes :) Prelude starts at 5 pm, ceremony starts at 5:30 pm.

The music ends at 11 pm, but we can migrate to the fire pit to finish out the night!
