We kindly ask that you RSVP by October 4th, 2026. This allows us to give final numbers to our venue and vendors so we can plan accordingly!
We highly recommend booking your room as early as possible to ensure being under the hotel block!
Our dress code is black-tie optional! We’d love for you to dress up with us! Black tie optional means tuxedos and floor-length gowns are welcome, but a dark suit and tie or a formal cocktail dress is perfectly appropriate too.
We love your little ones! However, we’ve chosen to keep our wedding an adults-only celebration. We hope this allows all our guests—especially parents—to relax and enjoy the evening with us!
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. We kindly ask that guests arrive by 4:00 to allow time to park, find your seat, and get settled before the ceremony begins. We can’t wait to see you there!
We kindly ask that you please keep phones and cameras away during our ceremony. We’re having an unplugged ceremony so everyone can be fully present with us in the moment. Don’t worry—our photographer will capture everything and we’ll be excited to share those photos with you afterward!
Yes! We’ll be providing shuttles on a rotating schedule between the hotel and the venue. The full schedule will be available in the hotel lobby. Guests staying at the hotel are encouraged to use the shuttle, as venue parking may be tricky. At the end of the evening, shuttles will start a rotation again going back and forth from venue to hotel.
Parking is available at The Cincinnati Club. Please allow extra time to park and walk inside of the venue. If in parking garage, go to level 5A.
