Kyla and Matt were introduced to each other through mutual friends in high school (actually one of the groomsmen- can you guess which one?) A first date to the ice cream shop (per Kyla) or the movie theatre (per Matt) and they’ve been inseparable since! After dating from sophomore year for Matt and junior year for Kyla through graduation, doing long distance for 4 years while Matt attended Ball State in Muncie, IN and Kyla at UC/Wright State in OH, starting jobs and beginning careers, getting their golden retriever puppy Koba, Kyla going back to school for her Masters degree, and getting their first apartment together- all of which has led them to the moment Matt got on one knee in front of all of their friends and family to ask Kyla to marry him! Of course- she said yes! Now, as they plan their wedding together, they cannot wait to be surrounded by all of their favorite people!
