Mother of the Bride
Father of the Bride
Maid of Honor
I met Kwanza one fateful day in 2012 when we went to the same sorority rush event. It was love at first sight and we have been soulmates since. When Justin entered the picture during med school, I realized Kwanza had found the most perfect other half so I passed the honor to him and committed to being their third wheel :)

My name is Nelson Flores and I'm a Director of Photography for motion pictures. I'm married to my loving wife Daniele, and we have a rabbit named Basil. Justin and I have known each other since grade school, and I couldn't be happier for him as he enters this new phase in his life with Kwanza!
Groomsman
Justin has been a great mentor to me throughout the year. I’ve also been his free lance gym trainer in return. I’m happy to witness you and Kwanza’s Union this upcoming fall.

I remember that you were the first friend I made in med school :). We sat next to each other at a URWell Clinic Orientation and the rest is history. I will never forget how you were there for me during the good times, as well as the many tough times. re Justin I'll have to admit that I knew about Justin before I actually met him because of the way Kwanza talked about him and was crushing on him :). I'll never forget how on Halloween weekend he finally admitted to her that he liked her and how excited Kwanza was. After getting to know Justin, I can't say I've met anyone as kind, empathetic and thoughtful as him. Kwanza and Justin are the perfect match.

Malcolm and Justin played in Concert Band together. Their friendship started in 10th grade, but they grew close volunteering for the Jamaica Estates Volunteer Corporation with both aspiring to be in the medical field (which Justin succeeded while I changed my mind). Their friendship has now existed for 15+ years!

It is an impossible feat to describe myself and my friendship with Kwanza in a few sentences... but here's my best attempt. My name is Thomas- I am a military brat, vegetarian, and third culture kid who travels as often as possible, loves adventures (real or fictional), and feels passionately about all things public health. Kwanza has been my best friend since 2008, our junior year at Vicenza High School, when she brought me back to life by sharing her cheez-its with me.
Bridesmaid
I'm Jess OLoughlin. I was lucky enough to meet Kwanza and Justin through mutual friends while they were in medical school. I can't think of anyone else that could get me fully into D&D, no questions asked! I'm honored to be considered their friend and to be a part of their big day.
Bridesmaid
I first met Kwanza when I was in 6th grade in a steel drum band. We soon bonded over a mutual love for Harry Potter and making up choreography.

Justin & Kwanza! What more can I say? Other than y’all are some of the smartest people I have ever met in my life. Studying with the both of you was a privilege in medical school. You are a true power couple! I am honored to be apart your wedding, and wish you many blessings for years to come.

Mom brought her home and she wouldn't leave and forced me to braid Barbies and eat invisible food. Decades later, she said "this is Justin"
