Yes! We will have a bus for guests, leaving from the Hyatt Regency at 3pm. The ride will be approximately 35-40 minutes. There will only be one departure time, so don't be late! The bus will leave the venue to head back to the hotel at 10:10pm.
Yes! There will be plenty of parking and an attendant to help direct you. However, if you plan to drink at our wedding, please do so responsibly and do not drive afterwards. There is no overnight parking allowed, so please plan accordingly!
Anytime between 3:30-3:55 pm. We plan to start our ceremony promptly at 4pm. However, we'd like to make sure everyone has ample time to arrive, sign the guest book, and find a seat at the ceremony. A refreshing drink will be waiting for your arrival.
We'd like this to be a semi-formal affair. You don't have to show up in a tux but please no jeans or shorts. Floral dresses, shirts, ties, et cetera are encouraged! If you've ever wanted to wear a fascinator, now's the time! Save your stilettoes for another event, as the majority of our event will be on grass.
The great Alanis Morissette will just call it ironic and we will keep calm and carry on! But don't worry, our reception area and dance floor are covered and the ceremony can be moved for cover as well. September in Seattle is generally very moderate, in the mid 70s with a small chance of rain, but you never know!
While we love kids, due to space we just couldn't include children in our day. We hope you understand and we think you'll have more fun without them anyways!
If your invitation says "and Guest", then yes! If not, we would prefer if it was just you!
We request our ceremony be unplugged. We have hired a wonderful photographer to capture this incredibly special moment and we will share those photos when they are ready. Please silence your cell phones, put them away and enjoy being in the moment with us!
Absolutely!
