We have a room block at the Kimpton Claret Hotel in DTC. We will have a shuttle to and from the wedding that will pick up and drop off at the Kimpton Claret Hotel. Additional details about shuttles can be found under the FAQ section of our wedding website. Please follow the instructions below to book. • Click the "View" button at the end of this screen. • Call-in Reservations: Guests may call [1-800-KIMPTON] and reference the group name "Schroeder & Sartori Wedding Room Block" or block code “GS8". • Date Reminder: The reservation link defaults to the group’s peak dates of August 7, 2026 – August 9, 2026. If guests adjust these dates, the group rate may no longer apply and standard rates may be shown. For stays outside these dates, please reach out directly to Alicia Adrien at (983)-999-0417 or alicia.adrien@clarethotel.com • Amenity Fee Notice: The booking link will display an additional fee (e.g., "+ $41.00 Guest Amenity Fee"). This will be discounted to $10 for your group upon arrival. We are unable to remove this fee from the website, please reassure your guests that they will not be charged the full listed amount. • Booking Deadline: Guests must make their reservations by July 17th, 2026.
